Refund Policy

We understand that things may happen so that you are unable to attend an event that you have booked. If we are given notice in advance, preferably at least 24 hours, we will be happy to transfer your booking to another event, or to give a refund. If you are unwell then we really want you to feel reassured in staying away (and of course to look after yourself). We will not issue transfers or refunds if you tell us after the event has already taken place.

We hope you will understand that sometimes we might have to cancel a workshop (eg due to insufficient numbers, teachers unable to make it, National lockdown etc). If we have to cancel we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund.

In either event, we want you to feel confident in booking ahead. It helps us greatly if you book and pay in advance.
